- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-05-19, by Mohammad HussainI have been a loyal Argos customer for 18 years but after an appalling experience with customer services manager yesterday who didn’t know anything about helping a customer i am going to rethink before purchasing anything from the Tunstall branch! Went with the same issue at festival park branch and the staff there were very friendly and went extra mile to resolve my issue. Terry you need to send your CSM to festival park branch for training.
