  The staff are all friendly, but they have no clue whatsoever about Ducatis! My bike wouldn't start.. Andy came to my home, picked up the bike and "repaired" it- cost £100. Two days later & the bike won't start. They picked it up then charged me a second time for fixing the same problem! Even worse, the bike ran badly outside the shop so I asked them why. The mechanic told me" Ducatis are always like that, its fine.." . I rode it home and the bike would not start again in the morning.. I went elsewhere and the bike was repaired the same day and I have had no problems whatsoever since. Whilst I was there most of the clients were on mopeds. scooters and small basic bikes, so perhaps this is what Andys is good at?

  Went in because an outer bearing race was stuck in my wheel, guy behind the counter persuaded me to buy this metal rod to knock it out with. Got back in the car and i was a bit skeptical wondering whether i wasted 11.50, but no this little stick with a handle and wonky end took the bastard out with 5 or six whacks - which i had tried with many different bars and stuff. Could of sold be a puller/ press for a gazillion pound but no sent me home with a cheap tool that should last a lift time. Very impressed.
